Evan Richards, owner of Team Aviation, a subsidiary of Elm’s Aviation Inc. I am a licensed M1 and M2 and a pilot. My first experience of being airborne occurred when I was 10 and was given the opportunity to fly in a glider. This engrained the path to where I am today. The other major occurrence was when Tom Elm, in 1999, gave me a summer job at Elm’s Aviation. He then advised me to finish my college degree in aviation mechanics and come back and work for him full-time.
